The Waterbury flooring, from the Palio LooseLay range, is a timeless LVT design that brings an elegant and airy feel to any room. It features natural oak tones and intricate grain details, with variations in each plank creating a unique look that makes any space feel special.

Easy Installation: Thanks to its friction grip backing, this flooring is quick and easy to install without the need for an expansion gap, underlay, or adhesive.
Acoustic Qualities: Reduces noise to rooms below by 13dB.
Durable and Practical: It's waterproof, low maintenance, and compatible with underfloor heating. You can also easily replace individual planks.
Warranty: Comes with a 20-year warranty.
For best results, regular cleaning with Karndean Clean (or a pH-neutral cleaner) will help to keep your floor looking its best.
