Description

We currently have a Full Time vacancy in our busy Builders Providers yard and store for a candidate with experience in multi drop deliveries. (Immediate Start available). The ideal candidate will be extremely customer focused and knowledge of building materials is preferable but not essential.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of standards of customer service and act in a professional manner at all times & build excellent customer relationships.
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed on time and in a quick and efficient manner
• Check order & dockets prior to delivery
• Ensure all POD’s are signed and returned
• Complete daily vehicle and load checks
• Ensure loads are secured pre-departure. Adherence to compliance with Health & Safety and Road Safety.
• Helping Load & unload goods.
  

Ideal Candidate

• Full clean Driving Licence
• C Licence (Required)
• CPC in date
• HIAB crane licence preferable but not essential
• Experience of driving forklifts is preferable but not essential
• Experience in a Builders Providers preferable but not essential
• Manual Handling certified preferable but not essential
• Must be a strong communicator and have excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent Time Keeping
• Adaptable to Change & Flexibility – Must have a flexible approach to work, are open and accepting of necessary change and innovation within the company.
