The Palio Rigid Brockton, from Palio Express by Karndean, is the perfect addition to any home. Its contemporary warm grey tones and subtle hand-scraped texture replicate the natural beauty of European oak, providing a pristine look.
This luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring offers a long-lasting finish that can handle the wear and tear of everyday life. Its superior comfort and resilient construction make it an ideal choice for busy homes with children and pets. The Brockton range is 100% waterproof, has acoustic qualities that reduce noise to rooms below by 19dB, and comes with a 20-year warranty. The 2G click-locking mechanism makes it quick and easy to install over most existing hard floors, with no underlay or adhesive required. It's also compatible with underfloor heating and is low-maintenance, requiring only regular cleaning with a pH-neutral cleaner.
