To drink, simply half-twist the lid until it clicks and sip from any angle. For a leakproof seal while travelling, twist the inner cap clockwise past the drinking position until it stops. For cleaning, you can disassemble the cap by twisting the inner lid counterclockwise until it comes out completely, and then place all parts in the dishwasher.
