With its thick consistency, it is easily workable and provides excellent adhesion without the need for primers on most traditional sanitary materials including ceramic tiles, porcelain, metals, and wood. Additionally, it exhibits resistance to UV rays, rain, snow, ozone, and various chemicals, along with high and low temperature resistance.
