Product Information

The gas burner accessory allows you to convert your Ooni Karu 2 Pro or Karu 16 pizza oven into a fully gas-powered cooking system by simply sliding it into the back of the unit. This upgrade offers enhanced flame performance and precise temperature regulation, including a specialized low-power function that is ideal for low and slow cooking recipes. Please note that this burner must only be operated whilst the chimney is attached to the oven.
