Product Information: The Extremely Coarse Grater produces thick coarse stripes and is suitable for anything that requires coarseness. The Extra Coarse Grater is great for grating cheddar and other cheeses, as well as a variety of fruits and vegetables like apples, onions, cabbage, and potatoes.
Extremely coarse grated cheese is great for 'au gratin' dishes like potato skins au gratin, but it's also great for a fresh taco salad.
