Product Information

Genius Gun Insulation Foam is a convenient ready-to-use single-component self-expanding Polyurethane Foam. Thanks to the patented Genius Gun system, the application of PU Foam becomes effortless and precise.

Instructions:

Vigorously shake the can for 30 seconds. Repeat regularly for maximum yield.
To enhance adhesion and accelerate curing, spray water on the surfaces.
Flip open the cap and wear the gloves provided inside.
Unclip the nozzle and use it upside down. The amount of trigger pressure determines the speed at which foam extrudes.
Fill gaps to about 50%, as the foam will continue to expand. Work upwards, building up layers.
Spraying water in between will improve curing speed.
When finished, detach the bung from the cap and insert it at the end of the nozzle. Clip the cap back in place to lock the trigger.
