The Brockton flooring from the Palio LooseLay range is a timeless LVT design that brings an elegant and airy feel to any room. Its natural oak tones and interesting grain details create a beautiful, unique look, making any home or office a special space.

Easy Installation: Thanks to its friction grip backing, this flooring is quick and easy to install without the need for an expansion gap, underlay, or adhesive.
Acoustic Qualities: It reduces noise to rooms below by 13dB.
Durable and Practical: The flooring is waterproof, low maintenance, and compatible with underfloor heating. You can also easily replace individual planks if needed.
Warranty: It comes with a 20-year warranty.

For best results, regular cleaning with Karndean Clean (or a pH-neutral cleaner) will help to keep your floor looking its best.
