This Circulon 3.5" Paring Knife makes easy work of peeling with its unique Circulon blade technology for exceptional food release and superb balance.

The handle features a textured hi low groove for improved grip and comfort when in use. Blades are high precision Japanese steel for performance, and need less sharpening than some other knives.
